Henry Lee concluded not assassination attempt on Taiwan's president

Leading U.S. forensic expert Dr. Henry Lee has concluded that the election-eve shooting of Taiwanese President Chen Shui-bian was not likely to have been an assassination attempt. Pointing out there were too many "variables and unknown factors" to make a conclusive report, the Taiwanese-born Lee said political assassination attempts normally involve "powerful weapons."
